Look no further.  T'appy Holidays 2009 is here!

FIFTH Annual T-Tapp "T'appy Holidays"

For five years running, the amazing women on the forums at T-Tapp have inspired me to put this together.  T'appy holidays is a way to celebrate your workouts, nutrition, and general all-around better choices during the holiday season.

Let's emerge in 2010 without extra avoir du pois and the accompanying remorse, dip in energy, and downright drop in health and increase in weight.

I just wanted to share them with you, especially since I made such good progress with the Tappy Holidays schedule last year…"  ~Sara

Sara, marking progress in a previous T'appy Holidays;  before (left, in pink) and one month into T'appy Holidays (r, in red)

How does T'appy Holidays work?

It's simple. I provide a healthy living checklist to help you keep on track with your exercise, eating your veggies, and a good breakfast through the holiday season of November through December.

I even throw in body brushing to help keep you energized, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed!

I know Tappy Holidays has REALLY helped keep me on track with workouts and eating veggies, which of course cut down on the junk! I enjoyed eating the regular food with my family at the holidays, but didn't overindulge and didn't gain! And although I didn't have big inch loss, I still lost!

Last year I had to drop out due to a miscarriage but tried to at least keep up with the veggies….didn't always make it, but again, it helped me not just go off the deep end food-wise. And considering the emotional upheaval, that would have been easy to do! ~ Trisch R., Indiana

There are even prizes. Yup.

But of course, the best prize of all is moving energetically through the season because you stay active, and eat your veggies (the combination is the best medicine ever!).

And you have a team to support you, too.  Other women to share the aspiration with. So that we can cheer eachother on. So that one day of holiday sludge doesn't become 60!

Let's face it. When you are proactive about exercise and stocking your kitchen with good choices, you just make better choices.  What you have is what you'll eat, right?

How to get ready TODAY for launch November 1

1)  Register for T'appy Holidays HERE and download your spreadsheet.  The page there gives all the details, outlines the plan, and details the contest rules should you decide to enter.

veggies2)  Fill the fridge with a solid assortment of veggies to help you with that 6 (yes, 6!) servings a day

3)  Dig your body brush out of the cupboard (and give it a loving wash if needed)

4)  Cook up a big pot of brown rice – your body will love you for it!

….and get ready for launch on Day 1, November 1, 2009.

I'm trying to register and I get to a page that doesn't make sense to me. Something about baby names, grants, and the IRS???

Hi Lani! Sooooooo excited! BUT, I tried to register by clicking on the "register here" section. I came to a page that was all about baby names and vacation destinations. I couldn't find any mention to Tappy Holidays. Help!!!! What should I do now??

OK — I've received my spreadsheet… getting informed. How do I verify that I'm registered.

Where am I to keep track of my points — at home or somewhere else?

Hey guys! I'm excited to have a way to keep me motivated! I need a good 'ole kick to keep me at it. This is my first time being in anything like this.
I believe this will be OK, but I just wanted to check. The veggies can be raw can't they?–and on the second page of the spread sheet-that's what we choose from right and each one listed is considered a total workout, right? if it is, would tempo basic plus be counted as one?

Hi – I got off to a bad start. The day T' appy Holidays started, I pulled my lower back out, and hip area! I could not T-Tapp or barely move much at all. I did stick to eating right. Interesting news, my back was feeling a little better, I have been wearing a back brace, those neoprene kind. I popped in the DVD BWO+, left back brace on, did the workout, easy, not pushing. I did a few moves of the body twist, then down behind the knee before coming up – I heard a POP in my hip, didn't think much of it. During the rest of the day my lower back/hip pain kept improving, this morning it feels great, just a little tender. Obviously that pop was my hip popping back in during that t-tapp move. I would of never believed this would of happened if it didn't happen to me personally. Now I can go back to regularly t-tapping again, slowly that is. I hated to take off from the DVD's, even for a week, because I am toning and losing the inches, slow but sure.

Just thought I would share this, I thought it was amazing, saved me a visit to the Chiropractor:)
