This course will coach you through a month of T-Tapp Studies, beginning with a 4 day Boot Camp.

Together we'll master: Diva Derriere, Awesome Legs,Cat Cross-overs, Organs In Place/Half Frogs, and variations, plus moves from Hit the Floor.

Here are the basics what you'll need for the session:
1. T-Tapp Total Workout, OR T-Tapp MORE Workout, OR Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes, the T-Tapp book.

This is so that you have details with the following moves: Diva Derriere, Awesome Legs, Organs-in-Place/Half Frogs, Pretzel Twist, Cat Cross-Overs, and specific sequences with seat work. 1) mid/lower body sculpting via and including T-Tapp Total workout/Basic Work Out + and heavy emphasis on Target Pops listed; plans include detailed instruction in these as described. Daily activity as a healthy practice will be emphasized.
2) participant option to engineer processed foods, desserts, and other items out of the diet for the 4 week duration to accelerate weight loss and improve health. A diet will not be prescribed, but clarification on the problems presented with high fat/high sugar processed foods discussed and support provided with maximizing whole foods in dietary plans. The goal is to optimize your body composition goals.
3) Goal setting strategies and protocol: the SMART system: goals should be
- specific
- measurable
- attainable
- realistic, and
- timely.
4) Psychology: addressing the power of self-talk, negative and positive. Cultivating positive body image through vision.

1) What do YOU think is the reason for the "4 Days Only Earlybird Special"?
Because anything longer and it wouldn't be 'early'.
2) And why do YOU think that these 4 days – December 5 – 8, 2009 have been selected?
I wouldn't have a clue – ?? gee – truly. uhh?? Because it is the second weekend of Advent?
1. Because it might fill up FAST!
2. Maybe it's your birthday?!
This really does look like a BLAST! Hoping I can pinch enough pennies (feed the family beans, ask for it for an anniversary present, or maybe a Christmas present from everybody….)
And this on the heels of the Indy Clinic, I should be in pretty good shape by our 27th anniversary on Feb. 27!

1.The reason I think is it a blast and fillout fast and start your 2010 resolution.
2. Get in your Christmas Gift list for your self.
1. Because a time limit pushes us to make a decision NOW and we all are needing savings and will want to take advantage of the savings
2) similar to the above in that it needs to be before Christmas while some money is left but at a savings to help during this time and gives us 2 mos before event.

part of 2)I get down after holidays and so much eating, if we are already registered we have more incentive to follow thru than we will after holiday eating and the good intentions of new year's resolutions–before we are negatively thinking.

So…
I think you're offering an early-bird special to stir up excitement! and anticipation!
A Swedish friend of mine informs me that December 5 is his name-day. (His name is Sven.) Sven is a lively, fit guy with a refreshingly sane attitude toward activity and food, so his name day seems like an appropriate beginning to the period. And since the Booty Camp is four weeks long, four days is the perfect length for the special anticipatory sign-up.
Gotta play, but Canadian so no immune boost for me!
1)Making a commitment early, helps to plan ahead for all of us.
2)Like others here, so that it can be given as a gift.
My vote goes to the person who wrote (and I paraphrase) "cuz any later and it wouldn't be an early bird".

1) The Early Bird special runs four days because we all need deadlines to react.
2) The dates are December 5 through 8 because Santa needs time to stock up on the videos we need before Christmas.

For some reason, the #2 portion of my post didn't send before. Since it is so dorky, I almost didn't send it, but here goes.
The reason it is from Dec 5-8 is:
Dec 5 is one week before Hanukkah and is the Day of the Ninja
Dec 6 is good Ole St Nick day
Dec 7 is to commemorate the attack on Pearl Harbor
Dec 8 is the feast of Immaculate Conception

1. It's four days to pay tribute to the four day boot camp that we start with.
2. It's Dec. 5th – 8th because that gives us two months to prepare for the torture – uh – workouts to come. I'll bet there's homework to do before class starts.
