Woohoo! I'm so excited! I've already been getting "mentally" prepared and getting my kitchen more "ready".
I'm glad I've got the Fit Quickies but am really looking forward to having them taught live, too. I've noticed some good results in abs, legs and arms from getting started with these.
Can't wait to meet more of the group!

I had such a good experience with the February Booty Camp. Can't wait till the May class starts! It'll be good to refocus my energies on continuing the progress I've made on fitness & health.

Hi, Jen, I'm Jean from Lani's Fit Dream Fusion group and JeanM on the t-tapp forums. Are you one of the Jennifer's on t-tapp? If so, which one?
I am so excited about the May class also. I took Lani's Feb. BootyBootCamp class and it was the best class I've ever taken. You truly get your money's worth with that gal!!! Since mid-March I've been really slacking in the exercise department as I finally decided I needed to get my diet under control once and for all and I just couldn't seem to do both things without both of them suffering. Diet is getting there and I think May will be a good time to introduce exercise again…..actually planning to start that on a small scale today with SATI. I do walk several times a week but I don't really count that as exercise!
I'm off now to step those inches away!

Hi, Jennifer, Val, and Jean – I'm Pat McKenzie, also from the FitDream Fusion group and I'm pat-nj on the TTapp forums.
I look forward to the May class for more technique on how to reach my own vision of myself. I often feel crunched for time and while I protect my morning routine and get a short workout in on most days, my eating plan will often fly out the window in the press of activity. Putting eating, workout, and attitude together at the same time (aha!) is something that I need, something I am getting in FitDream Fusion, and I think we may take it to the next level in the May class.

I learn so much from Lani daily in the FitDream Fusion Forum and I know this May class will be just the thing I need, in addition to my recent diet changes, to get me ready for my son's June wedding! I've been on a chiropractor's program for the last 3 months and lifting weights 3x a week. So I'm looking for a bit of a change – but nothing drastic since I'm keeping up with the weights. Fit Quickies ought to fit the bill, lol. Looking forward to learning those.

I'm excited to be in this class and I'm anxious to see what results I will accomplish during this month.
Currently I'm using T-Tapp and walking. Have been trying to make dietary changes, so I'm hoping this class will further help me with that.

I am looking forward to the May class, ready to get moving a bit more and continuing to focus on eating. I'll be moving my mom out of the home I grew up in during the last two weeks in May and am really happy to know I have the class for a little me time. It will help keep me energized as I sort and pack! I am grateful to have support to stay on track during what will be a busy and chaotic time. (Plus it's my birthday month, so what a great gift to give myself!)

Hello everyone. I am so looking forward to getting started. I was signed up for Booty Camp, but by the time the class actually started I was in the process of seeling my house of 15 years and buying another, and then closings on the same day. I told Lani it was enough just to keep sane. All I was able to do with Booty Camp was print things out and keep them in a safe place. I will be raring to go on May 1 !

Hi everyone,
I'm really looking forward to starting this class. I've had great success with Tappy Holidays (I'm scfroggie on the T-Tapp forums) but hit a massive bump in January – my colleague went off sick for 3 months and I had to do both my and her jobs which leads to loads of stress, sleepless nights and no exercising at all.
I'll be doing the class here in the UK and especially look forward to gaining more control over my eating (it's not too bad but I'm a massive chocoholic!!).

I am new to T-Tapp but recently participated in the Fight for Your Form forum that Lani lead. It was wonderful and extremely helpful for someone just starting out. I am very much looking forward to the sessions in May as I am amazed at the feelings of well-being that I have with this form of exercise.

Hi everyone! I am very much looking forward to the launch! I participated in the Booty Camp in February, and I am smack on the T-Tapp forums. The biggest change for me as a result of Booty Camp was around my food choices and going for health. I am much more aware and focused with my choices (but not perfect!) and I am looking forward to kicking the exercise up a notch – although I will be in a day long test on May 1, 2010, I will use exercise to manage the stress! There, I have committed!

Hi all, I will be back for GGAA and it will be a big help in reaching my goals for August of this year when I start a rigorous grad program. I hope to be in maintenance by then and I know from BC how great Lani's month long programs are. I think I will make a committment to eat like Lani suggests and to exercise everyday for this month!
I will get fit and reach my goals this year. Hi to all new people and to all previous BCamper's.
Question re: schedule – 2 days A, then B, then repeat? Or day off between? or day off after doing this twice? and assume the day off is more like workout B??

It is spelled out like this in the document in the course area; I simply abbreviated the copy I sent out yesterday. So, good question!
We are looking at 5 days of Workout A, which means hitting body shapers 5 x a week, in case you didn't notice!

As well, do we keep going with AAB,AAB,AAB,etc for the motnh, or Mon to Sun, AABAABA, then start again (it's a slight variation between the two). Yep, I intend to start as soon as possible, as I love the shapers, and until I know FQ 4 and 5, I believe you said I could do Dive Derriere!

Wow, Lani! I see we'll be really busy! I hope I can keep up with your pace… you all seem quite seasoned. I've been doing some T-Tapp, on and off, in a not too disciplined way, I'm afraid. Plus, I'm not the exerciser type. I certainly need some shaping, tightening and weightloss so I hope to be achieving (and learning) a lot this May.
I think it will be a pleasure to do it with this nice group (yet not live, due to time differences).

@Paym: Paym, yes, repeat! Youll notice that a "B" workout can simply be a walk. I want everyone moving every day! And a walk can be an easy way to do it. You don't need to think of those as "workouts", though of course they are working your body! Simple, fun, relaxing walk will do.

Hi Everyone!
I'm excited about this course because I think it's just what I need to up the bar on my fitness. Over the last year I have been able to get back into consistent exercise after a 15 year break..LOL. Not a total break just very inconsistent during that time. I'm the one who does FLOW. It's a class that my fitness club offers that is a combo of tai chi, yoga, and pilates. Now that may sound soft and easy but it's actually quite challenging and has made a huge difference in my strength and muscle tone and I've even lost almost a pant size without dietary changes. I have proven to myself that consistency is an absolutely necessary component of fitness. So now I'm ready to add to it with some FQs, etc. so this class comes at a perfect time for me.
